Meetu Sandhu partners with CEOs, boards, and investors during moments that matter most—periods of rapid growth, organizational transition, leadership change, or operational friction. She works alongside executive teams to identify what is truly constraining performance, align leadership and talent strategy to business realities, and implement practical solutions that hold up in execution, not just on paper.

Serving in fractional and interim leadership roles, Meetu brings clarity to complex environments by connecting organizational design, leadership capability, and operating discipline. She is known for helping companies make difficult decisions with confidence, translating strategy into actionable structures, and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver through change.

Meetu has worked extensively with private equity–backed, venture-funded, and privately held companies ranging from emerging growth to scaled organizations, typically between $10 million and $100+ million in revenue. Her experience spans technology, fintech, manufacturing, and healthcare, where she aligns people strategy, incentives, and governance with the company’s stage of growth and value-creation objectives.

Prior to her fractional leadership work, Meetu held senior HR leadership roles at KPMG International, where she advised global executive leadership on organizational design, workforce transformation, and employee relations across a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. She led initiatives to redesign performance management, establish governance frameworks, and execute restructuring aligned to evolving operating models. Meetu earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, providing a foundation in organizational leadership and human capital strategy that complements her hands-on executive work.
