His experience in mergers and acquisitions includes the strategic purchase and sale of 12 companies, processes that have included value creation and transaction management. As a supplement to his Fractional CFO and investor roles, Salvatore serves as an advisor and executive coach, offering guidance in analytical decision-making, strategic planning, and professional development.
His academic background includes an MBA from the Wharton School where he graduated with Palmer Scholar honors and a MSE in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an AB at Harvard University.
With over 30 years of experience, Cindy Sperling is a seasoned financial and operating executive on our Fractional CFO team. Cindy’s 13+ years of experience as COO/CFO for hyper growth startups The American Electragram Company, The Cru, Brainscope, and Electric.ai, Inc. and ten years in the Venture Capital/Private Equity industry at Softbank Capital.
This background uniquely positions her to partner with founders and executives on strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis, acquisitions and fundraising initiatives. Cindy helps executive teams achieve sustainable growth by improving processes, enhancing operational and financial efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
Cindy has had led fundraising at a variety of company stages delivering exceptional value to founders by leveraging her experience as an operating and financial executive and former venture capitalist.
A die-hard Wolverine, Cindy received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She achieved CPA certification in 1996 (inactive). She began her career working in the audit and financial services divisions at Arthur Andersen LLP.

He has developed exceptional expertise in structuring organizations to achieve rapid growth. Always committed to delivering results, Sudipta has helped transform organizations at strategic and tactical levels to ensure smooth execution of strategic finance in all facets.
As a tenured business operator across industries, Sudipta has built organizations from scratch as well as led turn-arounds of existing businesses. He served as the managing director of a consumer lending company which had achieved proof of concept and then executed a successful growth and scaling strategy under Sudipta’s leadership. During this time, the business unit grew its lending book 10x, implemented a loan management and financial management system using new software and hardened operating procedures. Sudipta was instrumental in raising $120 million in outside capital for the business unite and developing all of the financial reporting and treasury procedures required to make those investor relations successful.
Beyond his work as an operator, Sudipta also has a background in product management, especially the design and development of high-tech products. His academic background includes an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurial Management, and Organizational Design from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Palmer Scholar honors. He completed a BS in Economics and Biology at Yale University.
