Linda is an FP&A and investment banking professional with deep expertise in financial analysis, decision-support tools, M&A transaction support, financial due diligence, and deal execution across technology, consumer, and industrial sectors.

Previously with Jefferies’ Technology Investment Banking group and New York Bay Capital, she has extensive sell-side experience managing company sales, building detailed financial models, preparing diligence materials and offering memoranda, and leading cross-border transactions.

Linda has also served as CFO and COO for venture-backed technology startups, where she guided strategic planning and investor relations.

She has a BA in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from the Gabelli Business School at Fordham University.
