With over 20 years of experience, Julie Harris is a seasoned accounting and finance professional on our Fractional CFO team. She brings extensive ERP systems experience to the team in addition to years of experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, inventory management, audits, HR, cash forecasting and tax compliance.

Julie has worked with a wide variety of business models that include agriculture, e-commerce, software, professional services, manufacturing, restaurants and retail. With experience ranging from small startups and sole proprietorships to multiple entities with intercompany transactions, she has the flexibility and skills necessary to deliver results for a variety of clients. Julie also worked in highly regulated industries such as healthcare and firearms, where financial operational considerations require specific vendors and compliance tracking.

Julie has more than 10 years of leadership experience at the Controller/CFO level and has led teams that include accountants, tax preparers, AR, AP, treasury and logistics. As a hands-on professional, she has a deep understanding of the accounting and finance function and flow of data from transaction entry to reporting to tax return preparation.

Julie has an active CPA license along with a Masters of Professional Accountancy and BS in Accounting from Stephen F Austin State University.
