Adam Abdellatif has spent over five years building analytics for consumer finance companies — sales, operations, and collections. His work centers on the reporting leadership uses to run the business, and on fixing the processes underneath it.

He has built reporting infrastructure from scratch at multiple lenders and servicers, and has spent most of his career sitting across the table from owners — pressure-testing the numbers behind the decisions they were about to make. He works primarily in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

His experience spans credit card servicing, consumer lending, and debt settlement, including a process redesign that raised collection rates on enrolled accounts by 200% and hands-on work running debt sale processes.

Adam is good at finding where a business is leaving money on the table and showing the work behind it. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University at Buffalo.
