Salvatore Tirabassi is a seasoned CFO and also brings a 15-year background as a partner in growth equity and venture capital funds. As a Fractional CFO, he brings a comprehensive background in financial strategy, financial modeling, analytics, data science, and capital raising. Over the course of twenty years, he has developed world-class expertise in strategic forecasting and capital management, significantly enhancing the financial operations of businesses he partners with. He is committed to providing actionable strategies and insights, aiming to guide businesses toward both short-term and long-term success.
As a tenured CFO, Salvatore has driven transformative financial leadership, steering companies through periods of substantial growth and change. His strategic financial planning has paved the way for overall stability and led to wide-ranging operational improvements. Salvatore is also known for his forecasting services, which are underscored by a remarkable accuracy rate.
For owners of cash-flowing businesses, Salvatore has direct experience structuring tax-advantageous structures such as captive insurance programs, state tax credits, and Employee Stock Ownership Programs. Working closely with a client, he details the strengths and weaknesses of each initiative, so that it is easy to understand how they fit into a company’s unique strategic planning, profitability, and cash flow objectives.
Beyond his work as a CFO, Salvatore also has a fifteen-year background as a venture capital and private equity investor, giving him a deep understanding of investment strategies and the cultivation of value in a variety of market sectors. He has sat as a key member on several boards of directors, handling audits, restructurings, and acquisitions. Over the course of his career, he has successfully facilitated over $400 million in equity and debt fundraising, which has proven critical for companies’ expansion and recapitalization efforts. His experience in mergers and acquisitions includes the strategic purchase and sale of 12 companies, processes that have included value creation and transaction management. As a supplement to his Fractional CFO and investor roles, Salvatore serves as an advisor and executive coach, offering guidance in analytical decision-making, strategic planning, and professional development.
His academic background includes an MBA from the Wharton School where he graduated with Palmer Scholar honors and a MSE in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an AB at Harvard University.

As a tenured business operator across industries, Sudipta has built organizations from scratch as well as led turn-arounds of existing businesses. He served as the managing director of a consumer lending company which had achieved proof of concept and then executed a successful growth and scaling strategy under Sudipta’s leadership. During this time, the business unit grew its lending book 10x, implemented a loan management and financial management system using new software and hardened operating procedures. Sudipta was instrumental in raising $120 million in outside capital for the business unite and developing all of the financial reporting and treasury procedures required to make those investor relations successful.
Beyond his work as an operator, Sudipta also has a background in product management, especially the design and development of high-tech products. His academic background includes an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurial Management, and Organizational Design from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Palmer Scholar honors. He completed a BS in Economics and Biology at Yale University.

Bob Fields brings extensive public market investing and investor relations experience to our CFO Services. With a deep background and understanding of the strategies and tactics that emerging publicly traded companies need to achieve their valuation goals, Bob provides strategic insights at the CFO level that drive value creation for any enterprise, public or private.
Prior to joining CFO Pro+Analytics, Bob spent his career as a professional investor covering a variety of asset classes.
Most recently, he was a Portfolio Manager at Cardinal Capital Management where he led investments in micro-, small and SMID-cap companies. He has spent over two decades developing expertise in identifying companies with strong valuation growth potential, backing these stocks with investment funds to help them achieve their goals.
Bob works with companies using a hands-on approach with the executive team. He has advised and challenged C-suite executives in strategy & capital allocation and has deep experience assessing activist engagements, corporate transactions and special situations. As a result of this specialized expertise, Bob leverages our CFO Services capabilities in a targeted way to assist executive teams to improve their financial and operating strategies with a direct connection to investor relations, share liquidity development and price appreciation.
His fundamental orientation and industry experience in equities and fixed income enable him to provide a wide range of strategic financing advice to management teams navigating the challenges of public markets. From an industry standpoint, his micro-, small & SMID-cap specialization provides Bob with exposure and familiarity with business models in healthcare, financial services, real estate, media, and asset management. He has extensive experience raising capital and communicating strategic plans and results to the institutional investment community.
Additionally, he has managed and mentored analysts and traders for due diligence, management interviews and valuation techniques. Bob has been a founding member of the senior management team for multiple asset management businesses as well as served on the Board of Directors of Steris Corporation (NYSE: STE).
He began his career working in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP. He has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed CPA (inactive). A native of Indiana, Bob received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ball State University.

As a licensed CPA with a public accounting background, she can also ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
Yuliya previously worked for renowned brands such as KPMG, Burberry, Lacoste, and Zadig & Voltaire, where she successfully built and led financial teams that drove leadership decisions and contributed to business success. As a finance leader, Yuliya scaled up operations to support rapid revenue growth, conducted strategic cost-saving initiatives, and enhanced financial processes.
Yuliya has worked with businesses that operate using branded direct-to-consumer acquisition models, contract manufacturing, inventory management, and multi-channel sell-through. She excels at driving value through digital marketing, discounting strategies, and promotional advertising, with experience spanning in-house and third-party e-commerce platforms, as well as third-party brick-and-mortar retail environments.
She has also led strategic initiatives in inventory management; these have resulted in double-digit reductions in shrinkage and obsolete inventory, optimized inventory valuation, freight and duty allocation, and supply chain efficiencies.
Outside of her professional background, Yuliya is an ultrarunner; she enjoys rising to athletic and business challenges with focus, endurance, and tenacity.
Yuliya holds an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College. A native of Russia, Yuliya received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance.

Bill Ruan brings exceptional financial modeling and forecasting capabilities to our Fractional CFO team. As is a seasoned FP&A and finance professional with 10 years of experience in the field. As an FP&A leader at Enfusion, a global SaaS company for asset management, he was responsible for creating and overseeing the company’s long-range planning model, sales finance, and operations finance. He managed monthly board materials and quarterly investor presentations and played a key role in Enfusion’s successful IPO in October 2021 (NYSE: ENFN).
Before Enfusion, Bill was a Senior Associate at Lake Pacific Partners, a private equity fund specializing in food and beverage, consumer products, and logistics. He was responsible for deal sourcing, financial valuation, and managing due diligence processes. He worked on several control acquisitions, providing vital FP&A support to portfolio companies, and contributing to the fund’s success in securing key investments.
Throughout his career, Bill has also provided financial operations and FP&A guidance to various early-stage software startups. His expertise includes financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP system integration. Bill leverages NetSuite, Intacct, Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI in his services practice. He has supported startups in investor preparation, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
Bill’s earlier roles include positions at The Kraft Heinz Company and Barclays Investment Bank. At Kraft Heinz, he supported FP&A and M&A activities, involving budgeting, financial forecasting, and acquisition management. At Barclays, he developed his skills in M&A investment banking, working on sell-side and buy-side transactions.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Wesleyan University. Bill is currently completing an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

As an experienced accountant in a variety of operations, Lane has successfully led financial teams in all areas of accounting from AP, AR, purchasing, logistics, treasury, and payroll. Her expertise extends to a variety of business models with mult-entity complexity to handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, consolidations and the treasury operations required to enable the proper functioning of a financial operation that relies on multiple banks and investors for liquidity and growth.
Working from the fundamental accounting systems up to FP&A systems, she provides insights into profitability analysis and strategic planning.
